By downloading, installing, or using NMEA Reader (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

This App is operated by Ricardo Aneiros Suanzes ("Developer", "we", "us").
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NMEA Reader for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Prices may vary by region and are always shown in local currency within the App before purchase. Prices are set by Apple and may change without prior notice.
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then. We do not offer partial refunds.
To cancel: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → NMEA Reader
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app settings to recover your subscription.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any nautical data displayed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
All content, features, and functionality of NMEA Reader — including but not limited to the source code, graphics, and interface design — are owned by Ricardo Aneiros Suanzes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
NMEA Reader may display charts or data from third-party providers (e.g., online tile services). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
